A constructive way and a destructive way. the BUF are volunteers. They give up their free time for this. The same goes for TDs. I expect they all welcome criticism, given in the right way. your mails are tedious, boring and contradictory. you raise concerns that lots of the Ultimate community probably support, but the aggressive tone you use loses you support and respect. you keep using the fact that you know what it's like to organise a tournament. great, you organised an indoor tournament, for beginners, TEN years ago. Big deal. That's a world apart from the tournament demands of today. You've stated yourself that it beginners don't place such importance on quality facilities. Come on Paul, the BUF do a great job - they don't get it perfect, but then, who cares. You are currently alienating yourself by your aggressive tones, and as long as that continues, I expect you will not be listened to.
