Exeter Hat is almost upon us.

COULD ALL THE PEOPLE WHO ARE WANTING TO COME TO THE HAT
PLEASE LET ME KNOW AN ACCURATE FIGURE OF PEOPLE YOU EXPECT
TO BE BRINGING WITH YOU. And send me your postal address so
i can send you a map to the site and some details of the
schedule for the weekend.

For those who haven't heard about it (and a little bit
more info for those who have), it will be heald at duckes
meadows in Exeter on the weekend of 17th/18th June.

I can now finalise a few details for the weekend.
1.) The entrance fee will be £6 per person. Games will
start at 10-10:30am going on till 6pm.
2.)There will be a Food tent for light snacks, soft drinks
etc <<<<<as promised by Kevin Lowe + free redbull!!!
3.)Accommodation is through camping outside a very nice pub,
so dont forget your tent. The pub will be holding a bbq for
us in the evening at very reasonable prices.
4.) For those who think you will miss the England v germany
game if you come to the hat , dont worry we have hired a tv
for double locks<<<<<<<<this is reason for slight increase
in entry fee this year, but worth it i think.
5.)for the grandmas out there, we will have qualified 1st
aiders on site as well as basic 1st aid equipment.

And finally bring your own beer for during the day, and
lots of it, there is a sainsburys nearby if you need a top
up.
