Team information re-Southampton Outdoors: Ultim-8 tour IV

Southampton have agreed to take extra teams.  So we now have space
for up to 28 teams.  Given that it is possible to run a decent
schedule on 8 pitches for either 24, 26, 28 teams (at this time
of year) this means that there is A SPARE SLOT.

The teams that have entered are listed below and will receive 
info from Andy (as well as request for money) any day now.

Note that there are currently 27 teams: this means that Phat'Eds
are unable to get in, unless
1. another team enters
2. somebody else pulls out

(NB - please note that a team can pull out any time up to a fortnight
before the event without penalty.  If you pull out after Monday 9th
you will 
1. lose your deposit
2. get dropped to the bottom of the list for Exeter)

PLEASE IF YOU THINK YOU MAY BE GOING TO CANCEL LET US
KNOW EARLY.   IF NOTHING ELSE YOU ARE MAKING IT DIFFICULT FOR 
PLAYERS IN PHAT'EDS TO MAKE PLANS.	

If you want to enter, send the 12GBP deposit to Dora Kemp as usual.
Teams will be taken in order in which they send their money.
