Banbury School is undergoing a substantial building project, so access to the site is a little awkward, but shouldn't pose any problems. We will be on the gate to meet you from about 6pm. ON ARRIVAL If you want beer There is little going on, on site, on Friday Night. You have several options: 1. 10 min walk = Easington pub. Big. Will be busy, beer garden, conservatory. 2. 5 min walk across fields = Easington Sports Clubhouse. Small bar next to field 1 3. 5 min drive, or 30min walk into town Easington Pub: Up Ruskin Road. Turn left into Springfield Avenue. To the end. Turn left. Pub on left Easington Sports Clubhouse: On site. Highlighted on Site Map. In the instance of poor weather, masseurs may move to the buttery. All of these services will be available at the marquee from 9-6 both days Rubbish There should be black plastic bags everywhere. Please put your rubbish in the bags. Smoking Smoking is banned on the Banbury School site. The site manager will be visiting the tournament and if he sees anyone smoking he will accompany the smoker from the site. Fields 1-5 are not Banbury school's fields. Security Your camping is 2 minutes walk away from the fields so to ensure your stuff is safe during the day we have hired a security guard. Food / Refreshments Top quality food is available in the buttery ALL DAY. Captains Meeting Captains meeting will commence at 08:45 in the Buttery. (Follow signs for 6th Form Centre Reception) Tournament 42 teams, on 14 pitches. Final on Pitch 1 Schedule First games will commence at 9 am. Rosters Every team will be required to submit its roster for this event. All players should be registered with UKU. Full and student members should be fully paid up. Team captains will be required to submit player names and shirt numbers at the Captains meeting. Captains; make sure you are armed with names, and shirt numbers.
