Can all teams playing at Co-Ed Tour 2 this weekend make sure that you fill 
in a roster and give it to the TD.  I do not have a contact list for teams 
this weekend so I am not abnle to send every team a roster, but they will be 
distributed at the weekend.


Having finally received the rosters from Co-Ed Tour 1 (Nottingham) there 
were apparently no rosters submitted from the following teams:

Grazed and Confused
Lil Chef
Inbreds
Yorkie Bar Kids
Superfly
Flyght Club

Can these teams submit a roster for Nottingham to me asap.  You can submit 
it on paper to the TD at Boston Spa with your Tour 2 roster this weekend, or 
you can email it to me.

Remember that to play for a team at Co-Ed Nationals a player must have 
played for that team at at least one Co-Ed Tour event.  If someone played 
for your team at Co-Ed Tour 1 but not at any subsequent Co-Ed Tournaments, 
and you did not submit a roster for Co-Ed Tour 1, then that player will 
*not* be able to play for you at Co-Ed Nationals.

Also you will not score any 'new player' points if you have not submitted a 
roster.


It is not the fault of the above teams that this has come to my notice so 
late - but I really do need to get this off my to do list.  Can I ask the 
above teams to make sure that you have contacted me, in one way or another, 
by the end of next week at the very latest.
