so... 44 teams at Tour 1 and 40 at Tour 2

Nationals is planned to be a 32 team full knockout, dependent on
interest. Seedings will be derived from performance in the UKU Tour.

I'd like to hear from all team captains that expect to / are interested
in bringing their team to take part in the UKU Outdoor National
Championship.

Dates:
 Sat 30/08 & Sun 01/09 2002

Venue:
 Allied Dunbar Conference & Training Centre, King Edwards Place, Swindon

Accommodation:
 (TBC) Free Camping within walking distance of pitches
 Onsite rooms for 1, with ensuite bathrooms, colour TV, full English
breakfast, £35.00. Available Saturday night only. A minimum of 30 rooms
would need to be booked before the end of June for us to use this
option. All rooms must be booked in advance of the tournament.
 Local B&Bs/Hotels

Food:
 Pitchside all-day BBQ
 Pitchside clubhouse with bar
 Potential for on site dinner (Pasta Bolognese/Chicken
risotto/Vegetarian Pasta) at ~ £6.50 per head

Party: 
 (TBC) Party venue on site. Unfortunately it's not possible to get a
late license.

 
We're hoping to do all of this for about £100.00 per team (assuming 32
teams)
