Due to circumstances beyond our control, we have major problems with our 
planned tournament.

The field we were due to play on is now unusable on the Saturday.

This message is just to let those intending to play. We are left with two 
options, cancel, which we don't really want to do. The other option is to 
play a one day event on the Sunday.

Could people interested get back to us and let us know if they are still 
interested as we need to confirm if we still want the field for the Sunday 
by 1st May (Wed).

Sorry if this has messed up peoples plans.
