So if that makes sense to you and you want to spend the evening
running around in rain and sleet with Dave and Paolo (mmm, it sounds
enticing) then you know what to do.

Alternatively you could take a trip along the M1, come to our practice
and spend the evening running around in the rain and hail with us 
Leeds ultimate players.

Whatever you decide to do - just make sure it doesn't involve 
watching Neighbours.
