Dear All,

If you are competing in the indoor open regionals this weekend you have
until midnight on Thursday (21st Feb) to get your players registered via the
UK Ultimate website.

MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR TEAM MATES ARE ON IT!

MAKE SURE THE TEAM YOU ARE LISTED AGAINST IS THE TEAM YOU ARE PLAYING FOR
THIS WEEKEND!

If you have registered but are not on this list it is because you did not
specify your open indoor team. Login and update your roster details to
rectify this.

Under 18 year olds are NOT required to register - they can walk in and play
but they are still bound to that team should it qualify for the open indoor
finals. Any troubIe and we will request to see birth certificates!

The final version of the roster will be on public display at all the
regional tournaments.

Any team caught on the day with unregistered or ineligible players will not
be able to progress into the top eight of their regional tournament. In
addition, the whole team will be barred from further UK Ultimate
competitions (including student events) until the offending players have
registered and paid any outstanding fees.

If you have any problems or queries PLEASE let us know. We are prepared to
make reasonable concessions to teams and players who let us know in advance.
