Got half what I wanted from the venue so I declare this event full with 18 
teams entered.  Just to recap they are:

I will get to work on the schedule - it may turn out that 20 teams can play 
so if there are any late teams out there let me know and I'll put you on a 
provisional list.

Further details, directions etc as soon as I can sort or delegate

                      ***Accommodation***
I have negotiated with a local hotel and they are prepared to offer any team 
that books 8 or more players for both Fri and Sat twin rooms at £25 per 
person per night.  This hotel is in the party zone and two minutes walk from 
the Rec Centre.

If you want floorspace then let me know asap.
