Let's not forget who and what the BUF is....  It is a federation of 
clubs, it's members being the clubs who belong to the BUF.  Who the BUF 
is you Rafi (possible Shotgun rep at BUF council meetings) and you 
Dianna.  Please explain to me with all this new found rhetoric you seem 
to have found, why less than 1/3 of the clubs are ever represented at 
BUF meetings.  Players and clubs alike should stop seeing the BUF as 
some higher body and get involved.... it's your organisation.

If you want action to be taken in this matter then ask the BUF 
secretary to call a meeting of the member clubs (you are now paid up 
member of the BUF aren't you?) and put forward a motion.  If you don't 
then you (who are after all a part of the BUF) can be accuse of 
sticking your head in the sand!

As officers of the BUF the likes of myself are simply carrying out the 
wishes of you the members.  If seems that we have our head in the sand 
then its as a result of membership apathy.
