I think it's taken as read that we trust you Ben. WL3 Newsflash: Sharks brought out their massive new squad and took Druids down a notch. Everyone enjoyed playing Red, but unfortunately they held their seeding ;-) Fever won the third battle in their ding-dong war with Hammerage (Fever won the first, Hammerage the second), thus condemning Hammerage to relegation. Both Clapham teams cruised through their semis, but Clapham 1 gave Clapham 2 a serious pounding in the final despite some good players on Clapham 2. Div 1: 1/ Clapham 1 2/ Clapham 2 3/ Sharks 4/ Druids 5/ Red 6/ Smash & Grab 7/ Fever 8/ Hammerage Div 2: 1/ Un Poco Loco 2/ Sublime 3= UCL, BadHabits, Cloudthings, Mohawks. They never sent me more results:-( Cheers all, looking forward to WL4 on the 10th Feb, and the Finals on 2nd March. Where do you think I should seed Un Poco Loco for WL4? Dear All, In accordance with the constitution of the UK Ultimate Association I would like to declare a personal business interest which might be percieved as having a conflict of interest with my role as President. I will shortly be launching a commercial website called Ultimarket (www.ultimarket.com) where companies, clubs and players can advertise ultimate-related goods and services. In order to minimise any potential or perceived conflict of interest I will not be charging UK players or clubs for the use of any of the services on the site whilst I remain President. If anyone has any complaints or objections to make about this then please raise it with the Secretary, Laura Pearce (laurapearce@btinternet.com), who will discuss the matter with the board of directors in my absence. I hope the site will prove to be useful to UK players and if it brings me any closer to giving up the day job then I will have considerably more time to dedicate to UK Ultimate! Cheers Ben Ravilious President UK Ultimate ----------------------------------------------------------- Internet communications are not secure and therefore Oyster Partners Ltd does not accept legal responsibility for the contents of this message.
