We intend to be ready to receive membership applications at the beginning of February. Unfortunately we have had a set-back in that we are once again without a bid for the newsletter editor/team. As you will realise, the newsletter is one of the main purposes of the association and we can't really continue without it. I am therefore asking you all to consider whether you or someone on your team might be interested making a big contribution to the sport and performing this role. It should be a enjoyable and rewarding job. Our original intention was to produce a newsletter every two months containing articles, news and information. We would however be perfectly happy to be flexible and consider alternative suggestions which accomplish the same (e.g. a regular brief newsletter with a larger annual yearbook) We will of course pay you for your trouble and give you as much assistance as we can. We would be happy with - indeed encourage - applications from a team of people who share the job. If you think you might be interested or if you want to suggest someone suitable then PLEASE contact us as soon as possible. Incidentally, if anyone else is considering applying for the Administrator role can you please contact us by the end of this week as we want to start interviews. Thanks for your help.
