Hi Britdisc,

I hope this is an acceptable subject for britdisc, but in the light of the 
Euro etc I would like to make an appeal for any foreign notes that you may 
have amassed during your years of travelling to far off places. These notes 
become redundant on or around the 28th Feb, but will go a long way for 
charity -(ANY charity).

This is an appeal for Macmillan Cancer Relief.

Four in 10 of us will experience cancer in our lifetime. This is predicted 
to rise to 5 in 10 by 2020.

Macmillan Cancer Relief Greater London Appeal is hoping to raise £3 million 
pounds for local cancer care services - such as providing specialist 
oncologist doctors and nurses. If you would like to send me any money for 
Macmillan, it will all come in handy. Remember - you have two months before 
the notes become useless..!

If you are out of London, you can still send me the notes, but specify  if 
you would like your money to go to local cancer care services. - e.g. if you 
live in Manchester I can forward this to the local appeal there.

Any contributions welcome! - Perhaps you could ask around your office or 
friends?
