Would it not be possible to move the Open to one of the weekends of Hawaii? 
Yes, this would exclude the teams that are playing in World Clubs, but it 
would hopefully attract more interest from continental teams who couldn't 
afford Hawaii but would still like to go and play a tournament abroad.
Co-ed and Open Nationals could then be moved up two weeks, and we wouldn't 
have to play in the rain.
