Hey Richard, and all others who need a lift to a tournament.

Why not use the Block Stack Transport finding service.

www.block-stack.co.uk

If you need a lift to a tournament or you are going to a tournament and
have some space in your car, use the site to get in touch.

There are also areas to offer accommodation and a very lively discussion
board where you can have your say about UK ultimate and the development
of the sport with out emailing the 700+ subscribers to Britdisc.

For those who are keen to know what my intentions are if I'm elected to
the board of directors, here is a brief summary.

1. Be part of a team of people helping to develop the online
communications network that supports UK Ultimate. Including Britdisc,
and UKUltimate.com

2. Promote the growth of the sport through the making and distribution
of videos and seeking a television audience.

3. Encourage tournament organisers to promote tournaments to the local
public better, by preceding big tournaments with a well coordinated
publicity campaign and making tournaments should be more visitor
friendly, grandstands, programmes etc.

4. I don't play for a top 16 team and probably never will. I can
represent the views of players outside the top clubs in the UK.

Lastly I hope you all use your vote, and look forward to working on, or
with, the new committee.

Cheers
Tom Styles

Dear all,

Is anyone from around the southampton area driving up to the cardiff
qualifiers on the saturday morning (24th November)? A lift would be
much
appreciated, with payments in beer at the tournie, obviously.
