The board of directors needs people with ideas and people that can put those ideas into practice. It also needs people who can offer different perspectives on the ideas and issues that are up for discussion. Several candidates have hinted at some of their ideas and they all seem to be excellent ones. However, if the board is simply made up of people with their own agendas, then there may be a limit to what can actually be agreed upon. I don't particularly have an agenda, I'm just offering an understanding of what Ultimate players in this country want from the sport. I think that the most important thing about running Ultimate in Britain is to create as many opportunities to play as possible and to remove any barriers. That principle has to be reflected in the development of our sport. Thank you for reading this far. Ben Mitchell Chevron Action Flash (some people sometimes call me Hoooves)
