How do you think you could encourage women who are beginning to play to remain motivated to stay in a somewhat male-dominated sport? I'm speaking particularly with regards to student ultimate. I was thinking along the lines of introducing student co-ed tournaments rather than open. What do you think? Leanne Deffley
