Dear all,

Could I ask all Tournament Directors to PLEASE keep a copy of the final placings
at your respective tournaments and forward them on to me sometime.

Also, Ultimatum is looking for people at each of the regional tournaments to
write a report of the weekend.  We're looking for something in the region of say
200-250 words (we reserve the right to edit it) that gives a BROAD view of the
weekend.  We want to hear about new and upcoming teams, upsets, the final
(obviously), tight games, spirit shown, etc.  It wouldn't hurt you to also make
a note of the final placings.  We would prefer these individuals to be someone
other than the TD's who will already have plenty on their plates.

If you feel you could do this then please let me know,

P.S.  If you are going to write a report, it is advisable to write it within
days of the tournament happening while your memory is still fresh.
