HI

Sorry to bother britdisc with a personal question - but it is Ultimate 
related, so I don't think I'm pushing it too far...

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good physiotherapist in 
London (central or North ideally) who might be good with a) Ultimate related 
injuries and/or b) knees.  After 2 tournaments where I have had to sit out 
games (or whole days) from knee problems I have decided to seek professional 
advice.
(kinda feels like tendonitis - doesn't hurt while running but when I stop 
its sore and then gets worse after sitting down - any activity esp. stairs 
in the following weeks makes it sore again - if anyone has specific 
experience with this, do get in touch).
