Dear BDers,

As you all know the tour is up and running and starts in Hitchen this 
weekend.  Two weeks later sees tour two at Leicester in a new location 
than previous Leicester tournaments.  For those who have been wondering 
official invites will be given out at Hitchen as well as be posted here, 
at a web site and by snail mail.  Of course the Ultim-8 tour office will 
decide the actual entrants and after Hitchen we will know those who have 
the automatic places and those who have reserve spots, hence we are 
waiting until then to ask you for money!

The tournament will be played on Victoria Park - 5 mins walk from the 
Train Station and right in the Heart of Leicester.  There will be eight 
pitches and a maximum of 24 teams.  We will have a marquee and 
Physio-therapists on sight.  Evening entertainment has been booked in a 
local night-club which will be exclusive to Ultimate Players and feature 
some cracking live music.  There will be limited accommodation on floors 
at players houses (enough for about 8 teams) and a list of B&B's will be 
provided with the invite information.

If you haven't already paid your deposit to Dora at Ultim-8 head office, 
you had better do so now.
