Hi all,

at the moment we (UWE) are filling in our SU forms (health 
and safety etc) and we came across a form asking us what 
the National Governing Body i.e. Britdisc have in the way 
of insuring its members during tournaments etc.  So if any 
one knows could they please respond.

Also we need to complete a risk assessment for Ultimate so 
if any one else has a standard Ultimate risk assessment 
could you please pass it on.
