Not sure. Can the defense decline the pick call the same as a travel call and claim the turnover if the disc is not caught? I also remember reading somewhere (reference to problems in the US) that pick calls ought to be ignored if they do not interfere with the current play. This was to stop dodgy pick calls intended to stop play when teams are breaking away up field quickly and allow teams to mark up again and also called to stop the disc flowing into the zone. I can't remember this ever happening in the UK but as it relates to Rob's question I thought I'ld mention it.
