Shotgun are currently in negotiations with Wandsworth Council trying to 
get the use of Tooting running track on a Monday evening. The only point 
still in discussion is the price (they charge footballers œ20 an hour, 
but expect somewhat less for us).

What we need is maybe 10 more experienced players who would be interested 
in coming down for a serious run about (of course having the track there 
means there's lots of opportunity to do that running you always promised 
yourself  you'd do). Hopefully then we'll be able to get 15 to 20 people 
out for a couple of hours, probably costing only œ2 a session.

Please can any interested parties contact me (Doug - Shotgun) and pass 
this message on to any of your team-mates who you think might be 
interested. ( I know some UTI were interested).

At the present time this is just a trial for us as Wandsworth Council 
never normally lets anybody use the track on any other night than 
Wednesdays. If this scheme goes well then there may be opportunity to 
have the use of many of the other running tracks around London for other 
teams, most of which are floodlit every night and are hardly ever used.
