so, phone him on 0151-944-2629 to pledge that your cheque(s) are in 
the post.

AND: IMPORTANT: ACCOMODATION: nobody seems to want accomodation for 
the Hitchin tournament (village hall at GBP 20.00 per team). Unless 
people say they need it NOW, we'll cut our losses and cancel the 
arrangement - and you'll be stuffed if you find you need it!
