Can you guarantee there will be adequate, free drinking water by all pitches. And that there will be suitable things to actually drink out of (i don't fancy spending all weekend swigging from one of those huge 24litre water containers)? 2. If we are not allowed to bring food onto the site, how does the sports centre get *its* food onto the site? 3. What time are the showers open in the morning - it's going to take some time to get the everyone showered. Are you going to delay the start of the first games accordingly? 4. Some of us are staying in accomodation literally over the road from the pitches - is it okay for us to shower there before gaining access to the grounds? Here's hoping things go okay!
