Dear all

Captains meeting at 8.45am

Please ensure all your team adhere to these rules.

Attatched is the MAFF guidance.

[NB THE BRITDISC LIST DOES NOT LIKE ATTACHMENTS (regardless of spelling) SO
IF YOU WANT THE FULL MAFF DETAILS, PLEASE CONTACT ADAM OR MATT DIRECTLY -
if a TD or anyone else needs to make large bits of information available to
britdisc readers, simply put them on a website and provide the URL.]

This is what it means to YOU:

  1.. No food & drink to be taken onto the premises! (Food at reasonable
prices will be available throughout the weekend)

  2.. On Saturday on arrival you must change into your sports kit (You
cannot arrive in your sports kit) having showered and washed your HAIR on
site. The clothes you arrived in must be sealed in a plastic bag and not
worn again until washed in hot water.

  3.. After you finish playing for the day you must shower and wash your
hair, seal your kit in a plastic bag and change into a fresh set of clothes.

  4.. On Sunday on arrival you must change into your sports kit (it can be
the same as Saturdays) (You cannot arrive in your sports kit) having
showered and washed your HAIR on site again. The clothes you arrived in
must be sealed in a plastic bag and not worn again until washed in hot
water. (they can be the clothes you wore the previous evening).

  5.. After you finish playing for the day you must shower and wash your
hair, seal your kit in a plastic bag and change into a fresh set of
clothes. Your kit must be washed in hot water before being worn again!

  6.. If you leave the site at any time during the weekend these
decontamination procedures must be followed. ie if you pop out for a pub
lunch etc you must shower, wash your hair and change into clean clothes.

You can get away with 4 sets of clothing:

  a.. Sat am               Clothes 1
  b.. Sat play             Kit 1
  c.. Sat eve              Clothes 2
  d.. Sun am               Clothes 2
  e.. Sun play             Kit 1
  f.. Sun pm               Clothes 3
