If not - TOUR 1 IS NOT HAPPENING THIS WEEKEND - It has been postponed until the weekend of the 21st and 22nd April. I appreciate that this will affect peoples ability to make it. For that we apologise, the restrictions imposed by MAFF due to Foot and Mouth are something that we have absolutely no control over, and you will all appreciate that we MUST work within them. If you as a team are unable to make this new weekend then contact Adam. However if you were not coming this weekend but can make the new date, again speak to Adam as he will probably be able to accommodate you. I feel that it is important that everyone appreciates the efforts that Adam and Matt have gone to in an attempt to make sure that people get the event with the facilities that they deserve for their money. I have spoken to Adam repeatedly this week, and have been involved in all the major decisions. I agree completely with their decision to postpone. I also agree with his decision to go ahead and try to hold it in two weeks time - the F&M restrictions will still be in place, but other factors at the venue will have altered by then which will make it possible to go ahead. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Adam and Matt for their ongoing efforts. Can we please make sure that we support them, and can I assure people that the event will be going ahead in two weeks - only if we are able to work safely, sensibly and responsibly within the MAFF guidelines. This may take some more effort on your behalf, but can I please stress the importance of EVERYONE sticking to regulations, and not trying to be clever and working around them. It does not matter if you come from an already infected area (so I'm not taking the disease back) or if you come from the middle of London (No farms near me!). The rules are not there for your benefit, but everyone else's - have consideration.
