To: britdisc@csv.warwick.ac.uk Message-ID: <ECS9703241603A@ex.ac.uk> MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=US-ASCII Sender: owner-britdisc@csv.warwick.ac.uk Precedence: bulk Greetings fellow playmates!! Great news!! Uriel are hoping to hold the legendary Hat tourny at double locks on 14th-15th June. This is of course on the basis that people are not going to be too knackered from the Tour tournaments to turn up. A fantastic time is guaranteed, with the chance to "get to know" fellow players from other teams!!! (and there'll probably be a fair amount of sunshine too). For those who don't know, entry is on an individual basis and we then create teams of roughly equal standard from the people who are there, thus you play in entirely new teams and get to know loads of new players. All standards are welcome from beginner to pro. Cost will be approx £5 per head. Formal invitiations will be sent out in a couple of weeks but at the moment we are trying to get an idea of the level of interest so if interested parties could sent an e-mail to the following address giving an idea of how many of their friends they are bringing it would be most appreciated: Nicola.C.Smith@ex.ac.uk. Hopefully I've just subscribed to Britdisc so my address should be up there, but I'm never certain of these technology things. The contact address is Nicki Smith 66 Oxford Road St James Exeter EX4 6QX (01392 496950) This is different to the official address whcih was posted at the beginning of the year but it owuld be helpful if correspondance re the Hat which is not on e-mail could go to this address.
