(e.g. the random spectator that gets their nose broken by a stray huck? or run / laid out into by the receiver concentrating on the disc?) There's no injury insurance for tournament participants - we rely on the NHS and/or any personal medical cover to deal with that It all relies on the 3rd party actually making a claim, not a common occurrence in the UK - I'm assuming that non-accidental injury (never thought of hucking through the irritating locals that insist on walking across your pitch despite polite requests not to? honestly?) would more likely end up in the hands of the police as some form of assault... It's also my understanding that the whole insurance concept would be revisited if/when the Association occurs - to incorporate a level of personal injury cover for all members. Questions: Is there cover for property? like discs (or, remembering Eastbourne, players) through windows (buildings or cars), and suchlike? What makes a tournament BUF approved? Does a tournament participant, not involved in the game that the incident occurred in, count as a third party and get the same sort of cover? Does it cover the circumstances of a third party being injured by players "just throwing around"? ---------------------------------------------------------------- Wayne Retter mobile: 07970-903420 w.retter@bigfoot.com office: 01737-273655
