Personally, I'd support the idea of splitting the golf and ultimate diaries. Saves wading thru events that don't interest you (and sometimes it takes a moment to figure out which sport a diary entry is for). But: Attachments? Personally, I almost never look at them. Too much hassle (no doubt some bright spark will recommend sending it as a Word or Excel file - aaarrgh!) A web link? I like being able to check the diary without having to log on, then wait for some potentially slow web server to get its act together. (Isn't the BUF diary on the web anyway? How many people actually bother to look at the web version though?) Why not just send two mails - one golf, one ultimate. Then just delete the one you're not interested in. I'm sure those (few) of us who are concerned about clashes can easily do the cross-referencing. Paul
