Mainly, the issue implied by some that GBH have been the victim of a sort of 'witch-hunt' because they beat one of the top seeds. After our quarter final with GBH, we were gutted at losing, but congratulated them and wished them the best of luck for the tournament. We did not, as has been loosely insinuated, search for some loophole to see us reinstated into the tournament. The first most of us heard of the issue was five minutes before our next game, against Haze, when it conspired that we might not simply be playing for 5th-8th, but a qualification place. We left the relevant parties involved to discuss GBH's situation and got on with our games. Basically, we did not assert any pressure for a decision to be made against GBH. It is a shame that this seems to have taken the focus away from what was a great, closely fought tournament. Cheers to Haze for putting on a great weekend. We sincerely hope to see GBH at the Regional Qualifiers in the spring, and hope there will be no hard feelings between the two teams. Merry Christmas y'all, Taz (Bears) _____________________________________________________________________________________ Get more from the Web. FREE MSN Explorer download : http://explorer.msn.com
