Can you just reiterate/confirm the roster situation for Nationals again
- I've overheard several teams trying to remember how to apply this
years Rules.

My reading/interpretation of this years Rules is:

Roster additions had to be completed before 1 July 2000, but each team
going to Nationals is allowed ONE (and only one) Guest.

Players that have been Rostered for a team that did not qualify for
Nationals may NOT play at Nationals as a Guest.

BUT, players that were Unrostered during the Tour (whether they didn't
play, played for an Unrostered Team, or spent the entire time Guesting)
may play as Guests at Nationals.

Is my reading/interpretation correct?

Do teams have to tell someone official (who?) by some deadline (when?)
who they intend to field as Guests?
