Hi I am looking for a Frisbee for the Blind

It needs to make a noise (air vents etc)

Tell me how far off the ground it is e.g. An EDM that is upside down

Two different noises but light enough to play with

I would design one but I don't know how to go about it or have the
electronics background for it
