Stu Clarke will be chasing you to find out WHY NOT?

Could teams please let us know (details below) if they are planning on 
coming, and then prove it by sending cheques, payable to Layout Dreams, to 
Chris at 126 Herschell Street, Anfield, Liverpool, L5 1XE.

Please respond ASAP so that Chris can finalise schedules and send you 
details of where you should be going.
