Re the difficulty of finding venues...

What tends to happen with University sports facilities over the summer 
(July/Aug/Sep) months? Do we not stage many events at Universities 
because they're hosting other stuff in the summer? Or is it because it's 
out of term time and there's no-one on the spot to organise it?

Or will they simply not host events unconnected with the University?

Can't remember the last time there was a "mainstream" outdoor tournament 
at Warwick, for instance.

Just wondering...
