All,

Those of you at T1 in Swindon hopefully had a good time. However this news item on the local news went out repeatedly over Monday. If this is you or you know who is responsible for this let them know now! I suspect that it is no coincidence that it occurred at the same time that an ultimate tournament was going on just down the road.

At some stage on Saturday night Sunday daytime the Wanborough Herb Farm was broken into. For those of you not aware the pubs that people frequented were in Wanborough, and to get to them you had to go past the herb farm - it was 600m from the campsite. Some plants were taken, including a plant called Monks Hood. It is a dark blue colour flower, although I couldn't make out much more from the picture. It will cause a rash and fever, on contact with the skin and is DEADLY IF INGESTED.

It is stupid, thoughtless incidents like this that will continually blight our sport. (Anyone remember the nice site at Lydney?) If this had anything to do with ultimate players then the likelihood of us getting another event at Swindon has just been reduced. It may seem funny at 3:00 on a drunk Saturday night, however word soon spreads about things like this, and will drastically reduce our chances of getting back. Allied Dunbar do not need our custom, they can find other events. We however cannot find other venues.

If this was not you, thank you for reading this far, and I apologise for tarring you with same brush as those responsible.
If this was you, thank you for f**king up another quality venue.
