MIME-Version: 1.0 X-Mailer: Turnpike Integrated Version 4.02 S <pjZRgFWDsQK5ViyP$l4rxVrb6a> Sender: owner-britdisc@warwick.ac.uk Precedence: bulk is available, in the field that we have booked for a campsite. Note 1: there are no facilities (lights, toilets, taps) there. Note 2: Cars are NOT allowed onto the camping field*. THE CATCH: I'm not entirely sure which field our campsite is in! "It's the one nearest the pub, owned by the Racecourse" isn't useful! I THINK it has a metal waist height(ish) "five-bar" gate... Here's the Plan: I have a key for the lock on the gate, and will be in the area at about 21:30. I'll unlock the gate (and secure it in such a way that you can't take cars in!) and POSSIBLY TRY to mark it with some identifying feature (like a flashing roadlight!). I suggest that anyone that's there on Friday night makes use of the facilities at the Shepherds Rest PH in the meantime... I'll pop in and visit... There could be a complication - when I 'visited' last week, there were road works (pipelaying?) in progress along the road outside the racetrack. I don't know what way or how fast they were going, so there's a possibility our campsite entrance may be in the middle of a set of roadworks! *Campsite Parking: On Friday night, I'd suggest that you leave cars in the car park of the Shepherds Rest PH (just down the road) On Saturday night, I'd suggest that cars are left in the Allied Dunbar carpark. DO NOT PARK ON THE WET GRASS VERGE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD! Wayne PS: Remember that the info is on the tournament website at: http://www.phidelta.demon.co.uk/layoutdreams/u00tour1/ SEE YOU ALL FOR A 9.00AM CAPTAINS MEETING!!! _____________________________________________________________________________ Chris Hughes layoutDREAMS Wayne Retter +44/0-1452-380529 LayoutDreams@eGroups.com +44/0-1737-242109 http://www.phidelta.demon.co.uk/layoutdreams/
