Hi All-

David J.C. MacKay pointed out the following to me-

 Well, I did mean 8- but as you've pointed out, 16 team tournaments can
 happen on 6, or even 4 pitches.  So, thanks to Dave for pointing out the
error.

 8 pitches would be nice, in case loads of teams want to play- but it isn't
necessary.  What is important that these tournaments happen- so if you have
4 pitches and want to have a mixed tournament- let me know.
