In answer to the first question;
Last I heard there are still places in the Towcester event - I'm not sure
about London or Scotland. Plymouth is full.
In answer to the second question;
If your team contact has explained the rules in the pack sent out. People
who were not rostered to play at regionals can pick up for Nationals. You
must have been rostered on a team to play at Regionals. In an attempt to
maintain the quality of teams at nationals clubs must roster each team
separately, and may not switch players between teams. This means clubs may
not spread their good players around a number of teams, in an attempt to get
a number of teams qualifying, and then load one team at Nationals, leaving
the rest weaker.
