[SNIP] I would go further ... I think there ought to be 14 on-field refs (10 for indoors) and they should be allowed to call each and every foul and violation they see as and when they occur. In fact, to allow them enough space, I would remove the on-field players and hand control of the disc to the refs ... Oh dear! I see to have re-invented Ultimate ;-) Sammy ... couldn't resist!
