To All Potential GB Open Players,

Now that the holidays are behind us, the time has come to get organised for
WUGC Heilbronn 2000.  

I have been appointed GB Open Team manager, and along with the rest of the
GB management committee, will be responsible for organising the Open team
this year.  Our first practice of the year will be on January 15th at St
Albans (details to follow) and before that I would like some information
from interested players.

Please also note that in addition to being something of a honour, it is a
big commitment to play for the GB Open team.  It will require a significant
amount of time, effort and money.  It would be much appreciated if these
factors were taken into consideration BEFORE trying out for the team, as
late season resignations are very disruptive to the team.
