It took 3 weeks just to gather the Druids' WUCC roster details from our
squad of 18...

(OK, some of the Druids are uncooperative at the best of times, but
we're NOT the worst...)

Scaling that up across the "known" 40-odd teams (that entered the Tour,
so what about the rest?) could take all year, by which time, some of
your data is out of date! 

A census is a great idea, but needs (for the first one at least) to be
of life-or-death style importance...
