Dear Brit-disc'ers:

Last Saturday, the 17th was the sunniest day of the week, and First Touch took  
the opportunity in stride and held an outdoor tournament in Regents Park in  
London.  A good time was had by all... folks enjoyed the nice weather, showed  
good spirit, played competitive disc and drank icy beer afterwards as it's  
meant to be.  Thanks to all the teams and players that came out for the day!   
Special kudos to Mohawks who came down with a full squad.  Other teams that  
were represented were: Village People, Strange Blue and Albatross.  A few pick  
up players showed up as well, and we enjoyed their presence.

Four teams were formed:
First Touch One
Mohawks
First Touch Two
Scrubbers

Special congratulations to team Scrubbers, which is formed of mixed players  
from different teams.  They were able to put it together and have a 3-0 record  
for the tournament, and won the Bugs Bunny trophy.  The Taz-mania trophy went  
to Mohawks for their good spirit of the game.

Thanks again to everyone who came out!  It was great fun, and we look forward  
to doing this again in the future.
