Hopefully this will finally clear up the debate;

Any unrostered player is able to join a roster. (Check that you haven't been
added to rosters already - please no gag additions adding people to teams
that they have no intention of playing for)

Any one moving to Britain for a pre-organised job, is coming to live, and
may therefore join a roster, if they arrived before July 1st.

Any one moving to Britain, and is going to stay until the next tour, is
coming to live, and may therefore join a roster, if they arrived before July
1st.

Anyone may be included as a guest. (But only one guest per team)

Spirit of the Game applies. The reason for rosters was to try and prevent
teams from loading with players for single events, but also to encourage
continuity of teams. Be careful in adding to rosters (which must be notified
to the DoC - me - before the event; on the morning of play is too late) as
abuse of the rules this year will only lead to clamping down on rules next
year.

Sorry for dragging this one on, but the committee felt a little tedium now
was better than a lot of excitement later when teams try to get each other
disqualified during the event. See you all at Eastbourne (including Guy -
hope this wasn't too pithy for you ;-) ), and I hope we can have an argument
free Nationals.
