Is there a recommended way of hoe to teach beginners, clearly throwing
comes pretty top of the list, but as this is now only our 2nd year as
a club this will be the first time we've properly taken on beginners
at the start of the year, and we're not overly sure what's best to do
with them!  So I'd be really grateful for any suggestions... eg.
should we get them using the stack right from the start or leave it a
while... what's the best way to integrate them into the club/1st team 
without slowing down our better players...
