Hi Britdisc,

In response to Samuel Rey's mail:

Here at Far Flung in Glasgow Uni we have a multi-level
approach to attracting freshers:

-have all your smiliest people at the freshers fair
(cue the now infamous Dave G)

-have the strip ready to but, including the shorts if
you have any. Ours are new for '99.

-do a demonstration event in some park on campus or
other public place. Have the smiliey people handing
out leaflets to the gawping crowds.

-in the first couple of practises, make the pace very
laid back and fun. There is nothing worse than aggro
with a frisbee to scare people off.

-tell the new recruits to "bring a friend" to the next
practise.

Good luck for the new term. Sorry for wasting your
time if you have graduated already.
