This saw the Australian and Kiwi teams participating at World Clubs next week come up against each other, UTI in the open and, 4 Non Blondes and Bliss in the Womens divisions. Whilst the tourney was a resounding success it was a shame more British teams competing at WUCC this year didn't take up the opportunity of getting in some last minute practice against international opposition. Anyway, there was interest from Carlton TV to do a production. Filming included the game UTI against King Brown (AUS) and 4 Non Blondes against Seven Green Bottles (AUS). They also filmed three people doing a kind of flight test of three discs, the ubiquitous Ultrastar and two 'fun' discs from Wham - O. There were interviews with some players from down under and our very own National Director, Laura Pearce. The footage is currently being edited and is due to be aired this Thursday between 5:30 and 6:30pm on the Carlton digital channel, Carlton World. The programme is called Raw TV. If anyone manages to catch the show please let me know what you think. Thanks, Colin. UTI
