The issue came up again recently at the Portuguese ultimate hat tournament when players again had various opinions but eventually flubber was decided upon (and the world club championships was played - you can see the results at ultilinks). Now a seasoned pro like Mr.Neilson says its flutter. Can anyone shed some light on this? > 'full-on' version.
