Sounds a bit weird to me. Going back to yesteryear and the old dropped pull rule, would that have meant that if you slid out of the pitch whilst catching the pull and then dropped it/placed it on the floor, it would not have been a turnover? I don't think so! If you catch the disc you take possession of it, surely? Thanks to Wigsy for bringing this up. We alomost had a shouting match on field about it but agreed it was an issue to be discussed later. Who says the top teams don't play with spirit? Col, UTI. PS.
